Flying for memories - Family Photoshoot in Paris
YOUR STORIES IN PICTURES
I have many childhood memories that come to life over and over again primarily through photographs taken by my parents.
A few years ago, my brother and I collected about 25 photos as gifts for our parents and then framed them on the wall next to the stairs of our family house, on the wall surface that is perfectly visible from several points in the house. The selection wasn’t easy for the limit, but it didn’t prove to be difficult either, as we clearly touched on images to which we both have fond memories. It was then that I realized that the best of the selected photos are not the well-composed, perfect image where we all smile at the camera in nice clothes, standing in a regular line, but the photos that are generally imperfect.
They are imperfect, since none of us are looking at the camera, maybe our clothes are stained, maybe we're doing something really big nonsense, maybe we're crying, maybe we're sitting on the table smearing something up to our necks,
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT:
there is a story behind it that means more to us than anything else.
My goal is to enclose such experiences and memories in pictures for you, which I look back on with as much pleasure as we do.
